Egyptian YouTheatre presents, The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition, for our Winter 2025 production!
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea and became the hottest star on Broadway? Why, it's SpongeBob SquarePants! This one-hour edition of the hit Broadway musical, brilliantly adapted from the iconic Nickelodeon series, is specially tailored for young actors. To participate, students must be in 6th grade & up and able to commit to all rehearsal and performance dates. Email
Auditions will take place on Saturday, Nov 9th from 12-3pm. All materials and instructions are linked on the registration page. Please only sign up for one time slot.
Rehearsals for The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from December 2 through Feb 5.
- Mondays and Wednesdays are 4:30-6:45pm
- Fridays are 2:30-6:30pm
- Rehearsal dates are
- Dec 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18
- Jan 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17
- Tech rehearsals are
- Wednesday, Jan 22 from 4-6:45pm
- Monday, Feb 3 from 4-6:45pm
- Wednesday, Feb 5 from 4-6:45pm
